RSI 4, RSI 6, RSI 4V and RSI 6V
The laboratory standards for sample preparation are the RSI 4 and RSI 6 batch processors. These rugged four and six liter models perform intense mixing and size reduction for a wide range of materials. They have been established as the standard for USDA laboratories meat sample preparation and peanut afla toxin sample preparation. Other sample preparations tasks include: pesticide residue, dried fruit, prepared food nutritional analysis, soil analysis, etc. These models are also suited for concept formulations in pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, and chemicals. • RSI 4 - RSI 6, 4 or 6 liter, 2 HP rating, 208/240V, 3 Phase, 2 Speed (1725/3450 RPM) for medium shear mixing and size reduction with high torque, and high shear intense mixing.

• RSI 4V - RSI 6V, 4 or 6 liter, 1 HP rating, 120V 1 Phase, Variable Speed (350 to 3450 RPM) for the versatility of high to low shear sample preparation which permits soft blending of products, high torque for size reduction of many products, and intense high shear mixing. Special order options available for all stainless steel or titanium blades.
