RSI 10V The RSI 10V batch processor is 208/240V, Single Phase, variable speed (350 to 3450 rpm) for a soft blending or mixing of materials, or mixing and high torque size reduction, as well as intense mixing of a multitude of materials.
|
| An economical version of these two models is standard: This includes a 10 liter stainless steel bowl assembly, a cast aluminum lid, and stainless steel blades mounted upon a cast aluminum assembly.
The RSI 10 models are available with all stainless steel lids and blade assemblies (Titanium blades are also available). USDA/Pharmaceutical/Cosmetic packages are also available. All models of the RSI 10 have optionally available environmental control features: double-jacketed bowls with temperature monitor probe for temperature control, vacuum valve and pump assembly permitting drawing a vacuum while processing. Varying degrees of instrumentation are available providing measurements such as power, torque, temperature, RPM, etc.

RSI 10/RSI 10BU "Bowl-Within-A-Bowl" A 3.5 liter stainless steel bowl insert can be utilized within the 10 liter bowl, enabling both large and small batch processing with only one machine.
|
| Food technology processing can be enhanced with the RSI 10 optional features, i.e., temperature control during processing prevents a change in the nutrients of the foods being processed.
Pharmaceutical tablet granulations can be readily achieved with the RSI 10 optional feature, i.e., concept formulation can be achieved in the 3 liter bowl and scale up can be assessed with the 10 liter bowl; end point determination can readily be acquired with instrumentation, permitting repeatable processing results.
Cosmetic product development can readily be performed in the RSI 10 with options. As many as five machines can be replaced by the RSI 10: a mixer, a mill, a micropulverizer/osterizer, a pressure vessel, and a heating vessel.
